Responsibilities Assist teachers with planning and implementing lesson plans across math, English and early childhood education. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and implementing behavior management strategies aligned with educational policies. Supervise children during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and transitions to ensure safety and engagement. Use educational technologies and computers to facilitate interactive learning experiences. Collaborate with teachers to adapt instructional materials for students with disabilities or special needs, including those on the autism spectrum. Requirements Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, teachers, parents, and colleagues. Ability to supervise children safely while providing nurturing support for individual needs. Proficiency in Calculus and English Literature. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators and support staff.
