com Little Lamb Bilingual Academy is looking for a full-time Assistant Teacher to assist the curriculum and routine activities and tasks that are present during the day when working with children. The ideal candidate is responsible for the care and the development of the children. He/she must perform the job duties in a professional manner and can implement a curricular activity with the guidance of the Head Teacher. He/she is expected to be a loving, compassionate, and enthusiastic professional who loves to work with young children.

Duties:

Provide daily care of each child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all school policies. Lead outdoor play that enhance children's physical and social development, and supervise children's safety. Lead curricular activities, including individual and small group experiences, with the guidance of the Head Teacher. Assist the Head Teacher to maintain a fun and interactive classroom that benefits children's learning, and ensure the learning areas are clean and organized. Help to serve food and supervise children in lunch and snack time, as well as clean up the tableware. Facilitate the Head Teacher in teaching materials preparation and daily structured activities planning. Perform other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

Have fingerprint clearance and pass TB test. Be certified with CPR and health preventative training. Speak native Mandarin Chinese. Speak fluent English. Have experience working with young children. Having credits in Early Childhood Education/Child Development are preferred. Be able to take initiative, but also to accept direction and seek guidance appropriately.
