Key Responsibilities:

Provide instructional support to students under teacher guidance Assist with classroom management and the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) Engage and motivate students through effective communication and positive reinforcement Support students with unique learning and behavioral needs Monitor student progress and communicate feedback to teachers Help facilitate small-group activities and one-on-one support Perform clerical and organizational tasks to support classroom operations This contract paraprofessional position offers a chance to develop professional skills, contribute positively to childrens education, and form meaningful connections within the school community.
