One of Boys & Girls Clubs Early Childhood Program sites

• placement will be reevaluated each year or during the year as needed

Schedule/Pay :

Hours:

Full Time, 30+ hours/week, M

• F, occasional evening hours

Hourly Rate:

Starting at $23.00/hour + comprehensive benefits & annual years of service incentive that ranges from $500

• 2,000

Pay Range:

$23.00 to $27.83/hour (including supplemental pay starting on the 90th day of employment and based on hours worked)

Qualifications :

Minimum of 12 semester units including Child Development, Child, Family & Community and Program/Curriculum AND 50 days of 3+hour/day of teaching experience within 2 years at a Licensed Child Care OR Obtains Child Development Associate Teacher Permit Minimum of 3 units in Infant/Toddler completed Experience with Title 22 Experience with Title V, Child Care Food Program preferred Must have knowledge of child development, early childhood education and developmentally appropriate activities Bilingual capabilities preferred (Spanish or Vietnamese) Must maintain valid CPR certification throughout employment through
