Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school environment is highly valued Knowledge of classroom procedures and ability to support instructional activities Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with students of diverse backgrounds Ability to follow teacher directives and work independently or as part of a team Key responsibilities: Provide direct support to students as guided by certified staff Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities and classroom management Support individual and small group learning, ensuring all students stay engaged Foster an inclusive and respectful classroom environment Help with clerical and organizational tasks to maintain a well-run classroom Contribute to monitoring student behavior and ensuring safety This position is based in the scenic Mt.
