Key Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in an educational support capacity is highly valued. Ability to assist with instruction and classroom management under the direction of licensed teachers. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff. Reliability and professionalism when interacting with students, staff, and families.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing instructional activities and supporting individual student needs. Provide classroom support, including behavior guidance and positive reinforcement. Collaborate with educational staff to ensure students learning and safety. Help adapt and modify assignments as directed for students with diverse learning styles. Maintain confidentiality regarding all student and school matters.
