In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to support classroom activities, foster a positive learning environment, and assist students in achieving their developmental and educational goals. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create an engaging atmosphere where children feel valued, supported, and inspired to learn. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to early childhood education and special education programs, ensuring every child's unique needs are met with care and professionalism. Responsibilities Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized learning environment. Use effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff Assist in lesson planning and curriculum development to enhance learning experiences across various subjects like literacy education and math. Support Infant/toddlers and preschool-aged children with childcare duties, including diapering, feeding, and routine care when necessary. Contribute to behavior management strategies by implementing behavior plans and supporting classroom routines.
Required Qualifications:
Must have 12 units in Early Childhood Educations; three of those units must be in infant/toddler. Able to attend staff meetings, church and preschool functions. Work as a team with other staff members of the preschool and church. Prior experience working with children in classroom settings, including infant/toddlers and preschool in a private school environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and specialists. Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with children of varying ages and needs. Join us in making a meaningful difference in young learners' lives!
