Qualifications and Experience:

Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) required Experience as a paraprofessional, classroom aide, or similar support role preferred Ability to adapt communication and support styles to individual student needs Collaborative mindset for working with educators and supporting diverse groups of students Friendly demeanor, patience, and a passion for helping young learners succeed Willingness to assist with a variety of classroom tasks as needed

Key Responsibilities:
