Child Development Montessori Early Childhood Education Full Job Description About Us:
Lakewood Little Minds Preschool is a small, private early childhood program focused on nurturing independence, social development, and curiosity through play-based and Montessori-inspired learning.
What We're Looking For:
Education & Experience :
At least 6 ECE units (or currently working towards them). 1 year of hands-on experience in early childhood education or child development is a plus
Skills & Qualities :
An energetic, animated, and creative personality to keep children engaged. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to thrive in a busy classroom. A positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine passion for working with children. Team player with a humble, collaborative spirit. Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must! Desire to
