If you work full-time, you can earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment. If you work part-time, you are eligible for sick leave. Specifics to This Position Working with clients ages 5-22 with autism and special needs in their homes or on a school case. MUST have school/classroom experience!

Education requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Transportation requirements:

Reliable transportation Valid Driver's License and personal vehicle preferred Schedule requirements: Full-time hours between 8 a.m. to 6pm preferred Earn starting pay at $20/hr and up with experience. Become eligible to earn (RBT) certification What You Have Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment). Eligibility to work in the United States. Availability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings. The ability to pass a background check. Not to mention, it's a plus if you: Are bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency. Studied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field. Have experience working with children in a school setting, implementing behavior analytic interventions. Are familiar with and/or certified in NCVI or related non-crisis intervention training. What You'll Be Doing Gaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting. Creating lasting, positive change for children and their families. Implementing strategies outlined in students' behavior support plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Partnering with school district personnel to support students in accessing the curriculum through the implementation of behavior analytic procedures. Utilizing crisis management procedures to de-escalate students' engagement in challenging behaviors. Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments. You may be asked to engage in any of the following: push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds and move quickly, according to client needs.
