The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational activities, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Provide care and supervision for children in a safe and engaging environment. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a supportive community. Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques. Educate children on basic skills such as numbers, letters, colors, and social skills. Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment. Qualifications Experience in early childhood education or related fields such as nannying or childcare. Familiarity with toddler care practices and preschool curriculum. Proven ability to manage a classroom effectively while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Experience working with students of varying abilities, including those with disabilities. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for educating young children and supporting their growth. Relevant certifications in early childhood education are preferred but not required.
