Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementation of age-appropriate curriculum for preschool and toddler care
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children with special needs
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support the child's overall development
- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians
Skills:
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards working with young children
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
