PM Duration:

Up to 6 months Required Skills - Program Assistant (CalOptima Health) Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Healthcare Experience Required. Bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, Russian, Spanish, or Vietnamese. High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of experience in appeal and grievance guidelines, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, or Medicare programs . Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment. Ability to monitor, document, classify, and process member and provider complaints .

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
