Elementary School Teacher Aide

• We are seeking a dedicated Elementary School Teacher Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and fostering their educational development.
• Duties
• Assist classroom teacher in daily tasks.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Under supervision of certificated teacher, prepare for classroom activities by distributing and collecting papers and other instructional materials for classroom instruction.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties in support of classroom activities, such as copying and filing instructional materials. Grade student tests and assignments, recording of grades.
• Observe and control behavior of students in the classroom according to approved procedures, monitor students during outdoor activities as directed.
• Assist with lunch, snacks and other clean-up duties, as assigned.
• Experience
• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or classroom setting
