The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and helping to create a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment. Assist the preschool teacher with daily classroom activities and routines. Support the social, emotional, physical, and educational development of preschool-aged children. Help prepare classroom materials and learning centers for instructional activities. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring a safe and positive environment. Assist children with daily routines, including handwashing, toileting, snacks, lunch, and rest time. Encourage positive behavior and model appropriate social interactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment. Assist with classroom set-up, clean-up, and other duties as assigned. Communicate professionally and positively with staff, parents, and students. Qualifications Minimum of 6 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) required. Previous experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, or educational setting preferred. A genuine love for working with children and supporting their growth and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
