Job Overview As a Teacher's Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher with bringing "JOY" to young children within a nurturing and educational environment . We are a home-based learning program. This position offers an opportunity to work with children contributing to their areas of developmental growth. The ideal candidate will have experience working with infants and toddlers in various settings such as daycare, babysitting, or educational environments. Responsibilities
  • Assist with providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Assist with planning and implementing age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
  • Supervise and monitor children's activities at all times
  • Assist with meal preparation
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare area Skills
  • Experience working with infants/toddlers and young children of various ages (7 months
  • 5 years)
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles
  • Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
  • Previous experience in daycare or educational settings is helpful
  • A high school degree or AA is required.
