Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Assistant Instructor to join our growing healthcare education team. The ideal candidate is professional, engaging, student-focused, and excited about helping future medical assistants succeed in the healthcare field. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and making a difference in students' lives while working in a positive and supportive environment. Responsibilities Teach Medical Assistant students in classroom and/or lab settings Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and skills demonstrations Instruct students on clinical and administrative MA procedures Monitor student progress and provide academic support Maintain accurate attendance, grading, and student records Ensure compliance with school policies and state regulations Foster a professional, respectful, and motivating learning environment Qualifications Current certification or licensure as a Medical Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare setting LVN or RN with experience working in a medical office, outpatient setting.
