Montessori in Redlands (MIR) is an independent, nonprofit school located in Redlands, California that serves students ages 18 months to 6th grade. We provide a Montessori education based on the principles and practices of the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). Are you open to new ways of educating and relating to children? Montessori in Redlands is accepting applications for a full-time position of Classroom Assistant/Floater Sub working between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Classroom Assistant/Floater Sub will work with children of 18 months to 12 years. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable and hard-working with a warm, patient and optimistic personality. Per CA State Licensing 12 "core units" of Early Childhood Education, is required. If you do not have units and are willing to enroll at the school's expense, we will consider this option for the hired candidate.

Required classes:

• Child Growth and Development (required)
• Child, Family, and Community (required)
• Any toddler course (required OR willing to enroll upon hire)
• Any ECE class to round out 12 units (required)
• Your transcript must be received to be considered for the position.

• Montessori in Redlands, a WASC accredited Montessori school, is in its 50th year.
