Classroom Teaching Child Development Associate Certification Teaching Full Job Description Qualifications:
Prior experience teaching in a preschool setting Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible Comfortable working in all classrooms with all ages, including infants and toddlers Energetic, collaborative, and proactive in supporting teachers and center operations Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Serve as a lead teacher in the preschool classroom alongside another teacher Support curriculum implementation and classroom management Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and the Center Director Assist with children's developmental documentation and observations Become familiar with and support daily center operations Contribute to administrative tasks and continuous improvement efforts Work closely with the management team to support and grow the center This role requires someone who enjoys both classroom engagement and administrative work , and who is eager to grow with the school.
