Cameron Park Montessori is seeking a Montessori-minded individual to work 5 days per week, MTW 8:00am-1:30pm and Th/F 8:00am-3:30pm in our preschool program. This shift includes morning classroom support and lunch time supervision, with some naproom responsibilities . Our staff responsibilities include:

Arriving to work on time and ready to perform duties Assisting fully-qualified teacher in the visual supervision and care of children Communicating with and caring for each child with respect and kindness Preparing areas of the classroom by performing tasks such as pencil sharpening, making copies, or refilling materials Various cleanup and assistance at times of transition during school day Participating in staff in-service days and professional development sessions Completing an annual self-assessment and contract meeting with site director Being responsible for and adhering to all standards and policies set forth in staff handbook Reporting any safety concerns to director immediately Being a mandated reporter for the well-being of all children in the center Educational and Training Requirements include: Desire to further education Current enrollment in ECE units/Ability to enroll in ECE units within the first 6 months of employment Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (can be coordinated and reimbursed with Admin) Live Scan fingerprints cleared Current TB test and Health Report Mandated Reporter Training completed within 90 days of employment If you meet the requirements, please email a resume to apply!
