Applicants must meet the following essential qualifications: Holds current and active paraprofessional credentials Prepared to start assignments with only 2-3 days' notice Minimum of 2 full years' experience as a school paraprofessional, Behavioral Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, or related field Direct experience supporting students with special education needs within a school setting, during the past 2 years Willingness to work with any age group or caseload as needed Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks such as toileting and diapering, if required Reliable attendance and punctuality, with strict adherence to sign in/sign out timekeeping procedures Key responsibilities may include: Providing classroom and individual support for students with varying needs Assisting teachers and staff with instructional activities and classroom management Supporting students with daily living skills and individualized education program (IEP) goals Maintaining accurate timesheets for payroll processing Please note: This listing is for a waitlist of "Ready to Start" paraprofessionals in the region.
