Key Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional, especially in educational environments Strong ability to build trusting, professional relationships with students Excellent communication and collaboration skills Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability in classroom settings Relevant credential; credentialed applicants will receive priority consideration
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated 1:1 academic, social, and behavioral support to your assigned student Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to implement individualized education plans and adapt learning strategies Foster a positive, encouraging environment that supports student progress and confidence Assist with daily classroom routines, reinforcing lesson content and facilitating inclusion Monitor student safety and well-being, responding promptly to any concerns Maintain thorough documentation of student growth, challenges, and achievements This contract assignment begins as soon as possible and is anticipated to continue through December 22, 2026, with the possibility of extension.
