- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Teach mathematics concepts to students using various instructional strategies and resources.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Utilize technology and other educational tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary activities and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. ```Requirements```
- Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in mathematics instruction.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development.
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for working with students with diverse learning needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to effectively manage student behavior.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
