Flexible schedules available on Monday/Wednesday, Tuesday/Thursday, or a schedule tailored to your needs. Join us in fostering English reading skills for children! Openings from 2:30 to 6:30, Monday to Thursday. ```Duties```

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Teach mathematics concepts to students using various instructional strategies and resources.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
Utilize technology and other educational tools to enhance the learning experience.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary activities and projects.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and any concerns. ```Requirements```
Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in mathematics instruction.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development.
Familiarity with special education practices and strategies for working with students with diverse learning needs, including those on the autism spectrum.
Strong classroom management skills and ability to effectively manage student behavior.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
