The SSG Experience Schedule & Stability Monday-Friday:

Working alongside teachers and school staff, you'll provide instructional, behavioral, and classroom support while helping create a safe, respectful, and encouraging learning environment. Your role matters not just for academic progress, but for showing up as a steady, caring adult in a young person's day. What You'll Do Build trusting, consistent relationships with students Provide classroom, small-group, and 1:1 support based on student needs Assist students with assignments and provide general academic support Provide behavioral support using positive, trauma-informed practices Offer emotional and social support to help students engage, participate, and thrive Assist with personal care as needed, which may include mobility, feeding, and toileting support Collect accurate data on student progress Partner with teachers and classroom aides on daily instruction and routines Follow all school safety, confidentiality, and behavioral procedures Adapt to caseload changes as student needs evolve How Success Is Measured Building genuine trust and rapport with students Positive, supportive responses to student needs and challenges Accurate data collection and follow-through Strong collaboration with teachers and school teams Consistent follow-through on school procedures and routines Appropriate professional boundaries Reliability, punctuality, and steady, positive engagement
Pay Information Hourly Rate:
$22.00-$26.00, based on education and experience.
