Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role within a school setting Ability to assist with classroom management, individualized instruction, and learning accommodations Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication skills Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all student interactions High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus)
