This paid position offers the opportunity to work closely with teachers, administrators, and students to enhance educational experiences across various settings. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and dedication to education will help create a positive impact on young learners and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our educational programs. Duties Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities, including preparing materials and supporting individual or small groups of students Support students' social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive engagement and supervision Implement educational programs and activities aligned with curriculum standards, utilizing educational administrative software and productivity tools Supervise children during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and other school-related events to ensure safety and well-being Collaborate with school staff on program development, student assessments, and administrative tasks using school administrative software Provide administrative support by maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with communication between staff, students, and parents Participate in team management efforts by supervising staff or volunteers involved in early childhood education centers or school programs Qualifications Prior experience working with students in educational settings such as early childhood education centers or schools Strong knowledge of teaching methods, childcare practices, and working with children of diverse backgrounds Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high productivity levels This paid role is perfect for individuals passionate about education administration, program development, and working directly with students.
