The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to promoting physical fitness, health, and wellness among students. The Physical Education Teacher will work with students of various ages, including those in early childhood, to develop their physical skills and encourage teamwork and sportsmanship. As an instructional aide, the candidate will be able to work with small groups of students either within in a classroom (push in) or outside of the classroom (pull out). Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive physical education lesson plans that align with educational standards. Educate students on the importance of physical fitness, healthy lifestyle choices, and teamwork. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates diverse learning needs, including special education requirements. Assess student performance in physical education and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Qualifications Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on creative writing techniques. Ability to create a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
