Key Qualifications:

Experience as a Paraprofessional or in similar roles within schools Proficiency in supporting students who are deaf, hard of hearing, or hearing impaired Strong background working with K-12 age groups Demonstrated ability to address and support behavioral needs Ready to start as soon as possible and participate in onboarding

Responsibilities:

Assist in the educational and social development of students across K-12 Provide individualized or small-group support, particularly for students who are deaf or hard of hearing Implement tailored strategies to support positive behavior and engagement Collaborate closely with special education teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other school specialists Adapt instructional materials and activities to support accessibility and inclusion Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with educators and families Youll thrive in a collaborative school community, working alongside educators dedicated to creating a positive impact for every learner.
