```- Assist the teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide care and support to toddlers in the classroom
- Assist students with math concepts and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Work with students on the autism spectrum, providing individualized support as needed
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Support the teacher in managing the classroom and maintaining a structured learning environment
- Utilize experience working with children to create engaging and interactive learning activities
- Promote literacy education by assisting students with reading and writing skills ```
Requirements:
```- Previous experience working with students or children is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and support staff
- Understanding of classroom management principles and practices
- Familiarity with working with students on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Ability to adapt lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of individual students
