Duties:
```
  • Assist the teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
  • Provide care and support to toddlers in the classroom
  • Assist students with math concepts and problem-solving skills
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Work with students on the autism spectrum, providing individualized support as needed
  • Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Support the teacher in managing the classroom and maintaining a structured learning environment
  • Utilize experience working with children to create engaging and interactive learning activities
  • Promote literacy education by assisting students with reading and writing skills ```
Requirements:
```
  • Previous experience working with students or children is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and support staff
  • Understanding of classroom management principles and practices
  • Familiarity with working with students on the autism spectrum is a plus
  • Ability to adapt lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of individual students
