Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Assistant that has a strong Math Skill up to high school Math, to join our vibrant educational team. In this vital support role, you will work closely with instructors to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for young children. Your energy, compassion, and organizational skills will help foster a nurturing space where students can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to early childhood development and make a meaningful difference in children's lives. Responsibilities Assist instructors with lesson planning and implementing curriculum activities across subjects such as literacy, math, and early childhood education. Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping to maintain a safe, orderly environment. Provide individualized support to students if necessary, including those with disabilities or special needs such as autism or other developmental challenges. Help facilitate classroom routines, transitions, and activities for preschoolers and young children. Collaborate with instructor on curriculum development and adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs. Maintain clear communication with staff, parents, and specialists regarding student progress and classroom activities. Qualifications Minimum requirement for this position is a High School Diploma, preferably College Degree Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or private schools is an advantage. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs including autism is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students. Duties/Days/Hours Following are some responsibilities of this position but not limited to this list: Grading Arranging Class schedule and prepare work for students who will be absent Monitor and run class when instructor is engage with a parent Preparing Class and Home Work Assisting Students in work (when necessary) Teaching Early Learners (age 4-6) (when necessary) Working days and hours will be determined. Classes run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3,30pm

•7.00pm Wage will range from $19.29
