This is a contract position beginning immediately and potentially running through late May, designed for compassionate and dedicated paraprofessionals who are eager to make a difference each day. Youll work closely with a small caseload of just five students, providing one-on-one guidance, classroom assistance, and encouragement alongside a talented educational team. Key Qualifications & Experience:

Experience as a paraprofessional, preferably in a school setting Enthusiasm for working with middle school students (grades 68) Ability to help students with significant support needs in academic and daily activities Collaborative attitude for working alongside teachers and special education staff Reliability and commitment for the duration of the contract

Responsibilities:

Assist students with daily classroom tasks and activities on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:40 AM3:50 PM; Wednesday 9:40 AM3:50 PM) Adapt instructional materials and support students individual learning plans Foster independence and positive relationships in a nurturing classroom environment Collaborate with teachers to provide differentiated instruction and implement behavioral strategies Maintain a safe, supportive setting for all students in your care This position offers a contract opportunity with weekly hours that allow you to build strong connections in a close-knit school setting.
