Significant Support Needs Student Caseload :

Approximately 5 students Key Responsibilities Provide instructional, behavioral, and classroom support to students with significant support needs. Assist students with academic activities, classroom participation, and daily routines. Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and classroom accommodations. Foster student independence, engagement, and social-emotional development. Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff to support student success. Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to follow instructional and behavioral support plans. Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to student-centered support. Must meet all applicable paraprofessional requirements and clearances. Why Join This Opportunity?
