Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or teacher's aide Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to assist students individually or in small groups under teacher guidance Calm problem-solving approach and adaptability to daily changes High school diploma or equivalent required Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with classroom activities and instructional support Provide one-on-one or small group attention to reinforce learning concepts Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) where appropriate Support students with daily tasks and encourage positive behaviors Foster an inclusive, respectful classroom culture Communicate observations and student progress to teaching staff
