Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference every day by supporting students in special education classrooms! This contract opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience working with significant and severe caseloads in a dynamic school environment near Littleton, CO. Assignments are available at the elementary and high school levels, with roles ranging from 26.25 to 37.5 hours per week. You'll collaborate with passionate educators to help students reach their fullest potential. Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 full year of experience in special education classroom settings is required Strongly prefer experience supporting significant or severe caseloads Ability to be flexible; assignments and school location may change as needed Reliable personal transportation that allows for punctual arrival; public transit, rideshares, or taxis do not qualify Available to begin work by 7:40am (elementary) or 8:00am (middle/high) Ready to complete immediate fingerprinting and pass background checks (felony or misdemeanor charges will result in disqualification) Willingness to assist with toileting and diapering if required
