Immediately Job Description The Mancos Early Learning Center Paraprofessional (Teacher Assistant) partners with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment where every child is seen as capable, curious, and competent. Working within an inclusive preschool classroom, the Teacher Assistant supports all children in their learning and development while providing additional assistance to children with individualized needs. Through nurturing relationships, intentional interactions, and collaboration with families and staff, the Teacher Assistant helps foster children's social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
