Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Prior experience as a paraprofessional or providing classroom assistance in a school setting Passion for helping young learners succeed, especially those with communication or social development needs Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliability and dedication to supporting students daily routines and educational goals

Key Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing individualized education and social skills plans for students Support students during classroom activities, transitions, and group work Foster a positive and inclusive environment by encouraging engagement and participation Model appropriate behaviors and reinforce lesson content Help maintain organization, safety, and structure within the classroom Collaborate with education professionals to monitor and support student progress
