Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Paraprofessional, BT or RBT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students with diverse needs. This role requires expertise in various teaching methodologies and the ability to adapt lessons to meet the individual requirements of each student. The candidate will work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and support staff to ensure that all students receive the education they deserve.
Caseload:
2 open positions: We need a para to assist with Behavior for one particular student and one para for general needs within the classroom setting with multiple students across grade levels. Elementary and Middle School age students Kindergarten to sixth grade. Requirements Will accept a Paraprofessional, RBT/BT Candidates Experience working with individuals with disabilities in an educational setting. Strong skills in classroom management, behavior management, and communication. Familiarity with literacy education techniques and physical education instruction. Knowledge of tutoring strategies for diverse learners is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A commitment to ongoing professional development in special education practices.
