Key Qualifications:

At least one full year of experience supporting students in special education (SPED) classrooms is required. Strong preference for candidates with significant or severe caseload experience. Reliable personal transportation is essential (public transit or ride-share not accepted). Immediate fingerprinting required after offer acceptance; any criminal charges will result in removal from consideration. Flexibility to assist with daily living needs, including toileting and diapering. Consistent punctualityarrival by 7:40am (Elementary) or 8:00am (Middle/High) is mandatory. What Youll Do:

Support students with special needs in academic, behavioral, and personal care routines. Adapt to assigned locations and student populations as needs shift within the district.
