Support children in their daily activities, ensuring they are engaged and participating fully in the learning process. Help manage classroom behavior by implementing positive behavior management strategies. Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance, particularly in literacy education and developmental skills. Foster a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children's curiosity and love for learning. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents. Experience working with children in educational settings is highly desirable. Understanding of literacy education techniques that promote reading and writing skills among young learners. Background in early childhood education is a plus. Proficiency in behavior management techniques to help guide student interactions positively. Support children in their daily activities, ensuring they are engaged and participating fully in the learning process.
