About This Role Seeking a caring and dedicated Substitute Preschool Assistant Teacher to join our Christian preschool ministry. We are passionate about providing a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where young children can grow socially, emotionally, and academically. What You'll Do Foster a warm, inclusive classroom environment where children feel loved, valued, and encouraged. Assist and Support the Classroom Lead Teacher. Partner with parents and guardians in supporting each child's growth and faith journey. Ensure classroom safety and uphold policies that provide a secure, nurturing environment. Collaborate with other teachers to uphold the mission and values of our preschool ministry. Requirements Attend training sessions or professional meetings to develop or maintain professional knowledge. Love for Christ and a passion for teaching young children. Prior experience in early childhood education or preschool setting preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to integrate Christian values into daily classroom activities. CPR/First Aid
