Helps teachers with recordkeeping, preparation for lessons and activities and supervising students. May work with special education students, or work in a school library or computer lab; may be called teacher aide or paraprofessional.

Main Tasks:
Create and Process Purchase Orders. Contact outside suppliers and maintain spreadsheet to document those jobs. Collaborate with Production team to schedule and prioritize pickups and deliveries. Scan PO's to share file and ensure those jobs have been started. Scan proof of deliveries. Serve as backup to other members of the department as needed. Serve as a member of the Supply Chain Team, supporting coworkers and offering ideas for improvement.

Ability to work and set priorities independently. Ability to work as part of a team and get along with others. Strong verbal/written communications skills. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the work area.
Education and experience:
High School diploma or equivalent. Intermediate computer skills; Excel and Google Docs preferred Basic Math Skills Strong verbal/written communication skills.

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
