Job Description

Category Schools - Paraprofessional Job Type Contract Paraeducator(s) Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? Soliant is actively placing Paraeducators in school districts — and we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
Support students with IEPs in inclusive and special education settings Assist teachers with instruction, behavioral support, and daily student needs Help create a safe, positive learning environment for all students Need to be able to go to work every day
What You Need:
Associate's degree or 48+ college credit hours (may be required by some districts) Ability to pass a CT background check A genuine passion for working with kids Experience with special needs, ABA, or CPI is a plus — but heart and dedication matter most.
