Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a paraprofessional or similar student support role within school settings Background in administrative assistance is highly desired Strong communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, and administration Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated reliability and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive atmosphere for students with varying needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Special Education Director to assist with routine administrative and educational tasks Support special education classrooms, helping facilitate learning and student engagement Manage materials, schedules, and logistics for meetings and daily activities Maintain accurate documentation and records as directed Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and student families as needed Assist in implementing individualized education plans and classroom accommodations Envision yourself as an integral support for both students and faculty, helping to create a positive, productive school community.
