This rewarding position offers the opportunity to work closely with classroom teachers, assist students in achieving their academic and social goals, and foster an inclusive learning environment. You will contribute to the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and help create a positive, engaging classroom experience for children with disabilities. Hourly rate of pay is current rate for internal candidates or $20.48 to $23.23 for external candidates. Duties Support students with disabilities by implementing tailored instructional strategies aligned with their IEPs Assist in classroom management to promote a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, activities, and transitions Help students develop literacy, math, communication skills Support behavioral management techniques to encourage positive behavior and social interaction Foster communication skills through engaging activities that support speech development and socialization for children with autism or developmental disabilities Some of the Benefits for
