Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support to teachers and students Assist with academic instruction and classroom activities Support students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with teachers and special education staff

Student Population:

Classroom-based assignments Opportunities across various grade levels and age groups High school placement available within a program serving students with more complex needs Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - 1:1

Elementary Support Schedule:

8:50 AM - 4:00

PM Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to an elementary student Implement behavior intervention plans and ABA strategies Collect and track student progress data Support communication, social skills, and academic engagement Work collaboratively with educational and behavioral support teams Foster a structured and supportive learning environment

Student Population:

Elementary school setting Dedicated one-on-one student support role Qualifications Paraprofessional High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children, students, or individuals with special needs preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively in a school environment Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Current RBT certification preferred Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques preferred Strong behavior management and documentation skills Experience working with children in educational, behavioral, or clinical settings Why Apply?
