9636016-06330 Job Description Step into a rewarding opportunity providing dedicated classroom support for elementary students in a vibrant, inclusive learning environment. This full-time, onsite contract position focuses on assisting with 3rd to 5th grade classes (10 students per classroom), working alongside educators to support academic, behavioral, and social growth. Hours are 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, offering an excellent work-life balance within the school calendar.

Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role Familiarity with elementary education and a passion for helping young learners thrive Ability to follow teacher direction and adapt to a variety of student needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality regarding student information

Primary Responsibilities:

Support classroom instruction and provide one-on-one or small-group assistance to students Reinforce lesson plans and help maintain an organized, focused classroom environment Assist with classroom management and positive behavior interventions Prepare, organize, and manage learning materials Collaborate closely with teachers and specialists to meet students individualized needs Supervise students during transitions, breaks, and lunchtime as needed Enjoy an hourly pay rate of $1822, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage and access to a 401(k) plan.
