District Wide Stonington Public Schools is seeking a part-time transportation paraeducator.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree or passing score on CT ParaPro Exam Ability to lift up to 40lbs to assist students getting in and out of the vehicle Ride on a school bus or student transportation vehicle Physically able to navigate stairs of vehicles and/or the emergency exits
OVERVIEW
The transportation paraeducator supervises and supports students as they travel to and from school on school buses and/or student transportation vehicles. Work hours are typically during school arrival and departure times, and occasionally include additional hours for field trips
