In this role, you will collaborate closely with lead teachers to implement educational activities, manage classroom behavior, and ensure each student receives personalized attention. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create an engaging, inclusive space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, reading and social-emotional learning. Utilize educational technologies and computers to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement. Help maintain compliance with educational regulations. Skills Proven experience working with children in educational or childcare settings, particularly in early childhood education. Strong understanding of childhood development, behavior management techniques, and classroom behavior management strategies. Knowledge of special education practices, including working with students with disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration. Ability to operate educational technologies such as, computers, printers, scanners and digital learning tools confidently. First aid and CPR certification to ensure child safety in emergency situations. Demonstrated ability to mentor students positively while fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
