Summer Program Assistant - Connecticut

ASE is hiring Program Assistants for Summer '26 for its internationally acclaimed John Cranko School Summer Intensive and the International Contemporary Masters Workshop , which offer unique training opportunities for pre-professional students of dance with leading teachers, artists, and choreographers in the fields of classical and neoclassical ballet, and contemporary dance. The Program Assistants will work as a team of 3-4 and will be responsible for supporting and overseeing the dancers, as well as running some extracurricular/ non-dance activities youth activities. This position is well-suited for students of performing arts, arts administration, youth education, global languages/cultures (especially Eurasian), and sports medicine.

REQUIRED

Commitment for the full 4-week or 6-week period in a resident status. Housing (single A/C room within dormitory with dancers and other staff) & meals are provided Must be 18 years or older at start of the program Experience with overseeing youth (ages 9-15yrs)
