Job Overview Join our vibrant Christian homeschool supplemental program as a Classroom Aide and become a vital part of nurturing young minds! In this energetic support role, you will assist lead teachers in creating a positive, engaging learning environment for children across preschool to middle school grades. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help foster a love of learning while ensuring each child's developmental needs are met with care and professionalism. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a faith-based educational community that values growth, creativity, and individualized support.
What You'll Do:
Support the lead teacher in a Wonder, Explore, or Investigate classroom Work one-on-one and in small groups with students Help prepare materials and keep the classroom running smoothly Assist with transitions, activities, and day-to-day classroom needs Qualifications A genuine love for working with children Reliable, punctual, and a team player Heart for Christ-centered, faith-rooted education Must be 18+ and able to pass a Level 2 background screening (fingerprint-based, FDLE/FBI) Must complete CPR certification and Darkness to Light child abuse prevention training (provided by Oak & Ivy)This paid position is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting young learners in a faith-based setting! We seek dedicated team players eager to make a positive impact on children's educational journeys while growing professionally alongside experienced educators.
